Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the IPC registered in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.01 of 2021.

Learned senior counsel Shri Ajay Kumar Thakur for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance of CWJC No.15459 of 2014, the present case was lodged against the petitioner with allegation that she has secured the job of teacher by producing forged certificate of intermediate. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

The letter dated 01.07.2020 sent by Pramod Kumar, Inspector of Police, CBI to BDO shows that the mark-sheet and certificate of intermediate were illegible, as such there is difficulty in transmitting certificates. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted further that number of cases have been filed on similar allegation in different police stations of different districts and the accused persons were granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.18208 of 2021, Cr. Misc. No.9154 of 2021, Cr. Misc. No.72530 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No.73233 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No.83400 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No.38979 of 2020, Cr. Misc. No.38863 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No.72997 of 2019.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within three weeks from the date of communication of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.01 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C, with further condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation.
