1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ariyari (Kasar O.P.) P.S. Case no.271 of 2022 registered under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, inspite of the petitioner not having a job card, a job card was issued in the name of one Mithilesh Chaurasiya and on seven occasions, Government money was transferred to the account of the petitioner herein.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not aware of any account having been opened or being used by the accused persons for transfer of the Government money in the name of some job card of one Mithilesh Chaurasiya. Referring to the F.I.R., learned counsel submits that from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22089 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 reading of the different amounts credited in the account of the petitioner, it transpires that an amount of Rs.16,776/ has been credited in the petitioner's account. The petitioner for no fault of his is in custody since 24.1.2023 and investigation in the case has been completed.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the F.I.R. together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 4 months since 24.1.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ariyari (Kasar O.P.) P.S. Case no.271 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st , Sheikhpura.
