The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by Pappu Paswan.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 statement the victim has stated that Pappu Paswan took her to Nepal and for few days Pappu Paswan kept the victim in the house of this petitioner, who is the sister of Pappu Paswan.

Considering the thrust of accusation is against Pappu Paswan and petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43006 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
