The petitioners are accused in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(1), 38(1) and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 93 bottles, each containing 500 ml, Indian made foreign liquor from the motorcycle, on which, both the petitioners were found sitting. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 18.08.2018.

No.71307 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
