The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No. 257 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that three persons came on motorcycle and looted Scorpio vehicle of the informant. It is alleged that the petitioner and another co-accused were identified by the local shopkeepers Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and in this case charge-sheet has been submitted against him and similarly situated co-accused persons namely Pramod Yadav, Lochan Yadav and Gauri Shanker Gautam have been granted bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54179 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 257 of 2014, Cr. Misc. 36540 of 2015 and 23386 of 2015 respectively. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014.
