The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11997 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015 (G.R. No. 705 of 2015), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
