The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 788 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 27(b)(II), 28, 28(A) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Section 22(b) of Narcotics and Psychotropic Act, 1985.

It is alleged in the written report that different types of drugs as mentioned in the written report have been recovered from Tempo. The seizure list is part of the First Information Report.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018 having clean antecedent. He was

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st cum Special Judge, POCSO, Bhagalpur, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 arising out of Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 788 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
