This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 242 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the fact that the illicit liquor was recovered near a river and the petitioner has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22212 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 Court- 2, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 242 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in the Nardiganj Police Station, District-Nawada, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
