1. No one appears for the petitioners nor for the respondents.
2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "1.I).
For Issuance of direction/order/writ including writ in the nature of Mandamus/Certiorari commanding the respondents to complete forthwith selection process pending to
Patna High Court CWJC No.13933 of 2015 dt.31-10-2023 2/3 second Teacher Niyojan 2008 Under Chausa Udakishanganj block in the District of Madhepura which has not been completed till date.
II). Issuance of a direction/order or writ including writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus/Commanding the respondents to show cause as to what circumstances even after 7 years appointment/selection process under abovesaid block has not been completed.
III). Issuance of an appropriate writ direction/order or writ to which the petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

On the learned Advocate for petitioner having passed away during the Covid-19 pandemic, pursuant to order dated 20.12.2022, notice was issued to the petitioners which as per the office note dated 18.5.2023 was validly served. On the matter being taken up on 5.10.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and the following order was recorded:- "From the records of the case it transpires that pursuant to the learned counsel for the petitioner having passed away during Covid-19 pandemic, on the order passed by this Court notice was issued to the petitioners which has been validly served as per office note.
No one appears on behalf of the petitioners.
Put up this matter on 31.10.2023."

4. On the matter being taken up today, once again no one appears on behalf of the petitioners.
5. On perusal of the contents of the writ application it transpires that the petitioners have filed the instant application with respect to appointment of teachers which took place in the year 2008 and 15 years have passed since then.
6. In view of the above facts, the Court does not intent to keep this application pending.
7. This application is disposed of as not pressed.
8. However, in the facts of the case, the petitioners will be at liberty to pursue the relief prayed for in the instant application before the respondents concerned or by filing a fresh application, if the grievances still remain.
