The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 09 of 2022 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
