====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that during vehicle checking, police intercepted one Honda Motorcycle on which petitioners were found sitting. They could not produce paper with regard to the Motorcycle in question on demand. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72019 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no concern with the aforesaid Motorcycle. He is in custody since 10.9.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners., (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
