The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 189/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He is the grandfather-in-law of the alleged second wife of the husband.
Considering the same, his age and also the relationship, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 189/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
