The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 394 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
