Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 443 of 2016 registered under Sections- 447, 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. There is case and counter case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15069 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
