Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21888 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 These applications for anticipatory bail arises out of Aurangabad Nagar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioners have been named by co-accused Ramji Ram, who was caught when the police raided New Mahadev Hotal where liquor was being unloaded. The petitioner -Dinesh Singh has three criminal antecedents of similar nature whereas, petitioner - Rajan Kumar is the owner of New Mahadev Hotel.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these anticipatory bail applications are dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
