ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 The application (Cr.Misc.No.37759 of 2014) was disposed of by order dated 20.10.2014 with a direction to conclude the investigation within a certain time period. Now a modification petition has been filed stating therein that charge sheet had already been submitted on 2.2.2014 and, therefore, the prayer was to modify the aforesaid order. Since this Court has become functus officio after passing the said order, evidently no cause for modification is made out.

Application stands dismissed.
