2. This writ application has been filed for directing the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 4) to pay the due salary to the petitioner from March, 2013 to May, 2013 along with provident fund amount and statutory interest.

3. In view of the limited prayer, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 4) with all the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.5992 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 4 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
