Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but again, bail of the petitioner is sought on the ground that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Abu Sufiyan @ Chhotu @ Md Chhotu has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42976/2016 whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 3.4.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
