2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State in paragraph 13 of which it is stated that in view of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2270 of 2024 (Sandeep Kumar Jha and Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors., Education Department vide its letter No. 1470 dated 31.05.2024 allowed all the former guest teachers appointed in the light of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9127 of 2020(6) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 department letter no. 51 and possesses required qualification for participating in Teacher recruitment will be provided with 5 grace mark for every single year of service and maximum up to 25 marks (Annexure-R/5 of the counter affidavit).

3. Considering the above-mentioned fact, the petitioner is directed to fill up the application for the regular appointment by the Authority.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this writ applications stands disposed of.
