Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 7 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.1.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19662 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019.
