====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 05.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23855 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is an old man aged about 71 years and he is in custody since 30.09.2014. He has been made victim of police atrocity and has been implicated in another case also and, as such, now he deserves sympathetic consideration as in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail. In the facts and circumstanced stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37885 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 Special Case No. 07 of 2015 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 610 of 2014 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within four months, failing which the petitioner if at no fault may renew his prayer for bail.
