The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that on account of land dispute altercation has taken place and allegation has been made that on threat petitioners have resorted firing and created a terror but there is no statement in the case diary that any injury has been caused to him.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17674 of 2017 (4) dt.20-07-2017 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Hafiz Md. Alam alias Hafiz Alam alias Hafiz Md. Azam, Lala Mansoori alias Md. Lala Mansuri and Md. Jainuddin alias Md. Jainudin, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No.58 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
