This application has been filed for modifying the order dated 19.11.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 55265 of 2018 by which provisional bail was granted to the petitioner on a condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 2,05,000/-.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has deposited Rs. 2,05,000/- but the concerned court is not confirming the provisional bail of the petitioner as there was no direction of this Court for confirming the provisional bail of the petitioner after depositing Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22025 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 2,05,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has annexed the receipt of deposit of Rs. 2,05,000/- as contained in Annexure-2.

In view of the above, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.11.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 55265 of 2018, is hereby confirmed. The modification application stands allowed.
