The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 24.04.2020 contained in Memo No. 333, passed by the of Sub-Divisional Officer, Begusarai, whereby the PDS license of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Perused the order.

The petitioner would be well advised to prefer

Patna High Court CWJC No.8075 of 2020(3) dt.11-11-2020 2/2 an appeal as mandated under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

Let the appeal against the aforesaid order be filed within a period of 30 days from today.

The District Magistrate, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2) shall, after taking into account all facts and circumstances, dispose off the appeal within a period of sixty days from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.

Needless to state that the order passed shall be a speaking order.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
