2. The Office has pointed out that the defect no.6(6) has not completely been removed.
3. From perusal of the order sheet, it transpires that on 08.05.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner was granted one week's time to remove the defect and thereafter, again on 15.05.2026, he was granted more than one month's time to remove the defects, however, despite passage of more than two months, the defect still stands.
4. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33109 of 2026(5) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 pursuing the present application.
5. In view of the above, the present application stands dismissed for non-prosecution, as nobody appears to press the application.
