JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 08-12-2021 The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following directions :
"(i) For issuance of direction to the Respondent Authorities to make payment to the petitioner's Primary Agriculture Credit Society (PACS) for purchased paddy from the farmers pursuant to the direction issued by the State Government so they can make payment to the concerned farmers who has already sold their paddy in favour of the PACS of these petitioners.
(ii) For issuance of direction to the Respondent Authorities to direct the S.F.C. to accept the rice from the PACS as the farmers supplied the paddy, but rice is not being accepted by the S.F.C.
(iii) For issuance of direction to the Respondent Authorities that if they are not ready to make payment of the received paddy from the farmers, then they can sell the same in open market, so the payment to the farmers can be made."
Patna High Court CWJC No.6214 of 2020(9) dt.08-12-2021 3/3 Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna for resolution of the dispute in question. This application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought.
