2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2006 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 21.01.2025.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, IV, Aurangabad in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28644 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2006.
