JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2026 This Application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55859 of 2025 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner had become severely ill and he engaged in his treatment due to which time for furnishing bail bond became lapsed.

3. Learned APP for the State has no objection for the same.

4. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, the present Modification Application stands allowed.

5. Further four weeks time from today is granted to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24965 of 2026(4) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 02.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55859 of 2025 stands modified to the above extent.
