ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 888/13 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Both the parties have also appeared in Chambers today. It is submitted that they have been living together, yet there are certain issues on which they still stand aggrieved with each other. However, after interaction with both the parties, they have agreed to resolve the disputes and co-operate with each other.

No.49527 of 2014 (8) dt.26-10-2016 P2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 888/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall continue to cooperate with the opposite party No. 2 and in case there is any future problem, it shall be open to the opposite party No. 2 to file an application for modification/cancellation of this order. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
