Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 47 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504/34 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31589 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that there is civil dispute pending between the parties, and the informant has tried to take possession forcibly without due process from the Court, this applications for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
