The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Korha P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general allegation against the husband, sister-in-law and this petitioner and there is nothing specific against her. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in
