At the very outset Mr. Sageer Ahmad, learned counsel appearing for the appellants points out that under some confusion and misconception two appeals have been filed by the appellants against the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence. It is informed that one Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 211 of 2019 has been filed by another Advocate whereas the 'Parvikar' of the appellants got filed the present appeal through him. He

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.347 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 submits that in the aforesaid circumstance, he wants to withdraw this Criminal Appeal.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, this Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
