Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 53(K) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

Petitioner is said to be caught in drunken stage for which he is languishing in jail custody since 27.7.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in P.S. Case no. 236/2016.
