2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. No. 379 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. The witnesses have supported the prosecution case and in the post-mortem report also it has come that there were multiple anti-mortem injuries on the body of the deceased.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
