Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, these petitioners in collusion with other accused persons, took Rs. 4,50,000/- from the complainant and witnesses to provide them job in Kurdistan
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32148 of 2021(3) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 and made available VISA and sent them to Dubai where it was detected that VISA was forged and fabricated. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case for the oblique object. No case u/s 406, 420 of the IPC is made out against these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
Learned counsel appearing for the State and the Complainant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that in presence of witnesses petitioners have taken money in 3-4 installments to provide them job and made available VISA which was found forged and fabricated. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
