In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (I) To direct the respondents to take action in pursuance to enquiry report vide Letter No.80 dated 25.3.2010 submitted by the Area Education Officer, Sherghati (respondent no.8) to the Commissioner,
Patna High Court CWJC No.21093 of 2011(7) dt.03-11-2017 2/3 Magadh Division, Gaya with respect to complaint made by the petitioner against staffs and teachers including the Incharge Headmaster of Project Girls High School, Tetua.
(II) Also to direct the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner for the period mentioned below:
(a) From 21.10.2009 to 25.10.2009 (b) From 26.12.2009 to 12.2.2010 (c) From 19.3.2010 to 20.3.2010 (III) Also to direct the respondents to sanction earn leave to the petitioner for the period 17.6.2009 to 6.7.2009.
(IV) Also to make payment arrears of salary for that period as during the period the petitioner applied to grant of earn leave for her appearance in B.Ed. Examination held from 17.6.2009 to 6.7.2009 under Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.
Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.5 i.e. The Regional Deputy Director (Education), Magadh Division, Gaya. The Respondent No.5 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.
