ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 In view of the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that he was the main accused and also that sufficient material was available in the case diary to substantiate the allegation against him, I am not inclined to consider the prayer for bail made on his behalf. The prayer of bail is once again rejected. However, let the trial of the case, being S.T. No.176 of 2016 arising out of Chautham P.S. Case No.15/2016, be expedited and the same be concluded positively within a period of nine months from today.
