JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint Case No. 143 of 2015 instituted for the offence under sections 498A/324/307/379/341/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant. She has no concern with the affair of the complainant and her husband.

From the Complaint Petition, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. She is mother-in-law and she has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner named above, within six

No.14504 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 143 of 2015, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
