The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 739 of 2018 for the offence under Section 387, 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Referring to annexure-2 learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation police has submitted charge-sheet against those accused against whom police has found substantial material. So far as petitioner is concerned police has submitted final form.

Considering the fact that the police has submitted final form against this petitioner, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner named above, is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19717 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 739 of 2018. While releasing the petitioner on bail, the Court below is directed to verify the fact that the police has submitted final form against this petitioner. In the event police has not submitted final form the Court below shall refuse to release the petitioner.
