The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.29734 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No.247 of 2014, pending before the learned CJM, Darbhanga. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by four weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
