This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nautan P.S. Case No. 345 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
