JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties as with regard to the nature of allegation for offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the assault allegedly given by the petitioner stands prima facie substantiated in the injury report of Sandhya Devi as well as Ashok Singh, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected, but it is made clear that nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and seeking regular bail. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) surendra/- U
