The Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.260 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of sword on his head twice causing injury on head. When the wife and younger brother of the informant came to save him, the accused persons also assaulted them. It is also alleged that the petitioner snatched chain made of silver from the wife of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22544 of 2022(2) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is submitted that the police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioner, but the learned Magistrate took cognizance against her. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that the police submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- VI, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.260 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
