It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire amount of Rs. 93,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner after some delay. The period for deposit of the aforesaid amount is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order i.e. 24.01.2022.

The Court below will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner after verifying the fact that the entire amount has been deposited.

In view of the above, the order dated 24.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3517 of 2021 is modified only to the extent as indicated above.
