This application for anticipatory bail arises out of G.O. Case No. 639 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. In view of evidence available against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
