No. 13554 of 2018. This Court directed the Circle Officer to verify whether was there any encroachment by the concerned

Patna High Court MJC No.1213 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 contesting Respondent with reference to Khata No., Khesra No. / Plot No., Area etc. Such verification was undertaken by the jurisdictional Circle Officer, who had taken a decision that there was no encroachment to that effect an order has been passed on 08.03.2022. The same has been placed on record along with the show-cause.

In the light of these facts, the present contempt proceeding stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive this Contempt Petition by producing material information to the extent that Circle Officer has committed error in coming to the conclusion that there was no encroachment by the contesting Respondents.

Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding stands dropped.
