It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that he would be availing his remedy under Rule 24(2) of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 ( hereafter referred to as 'the CCA Rules 2005") against the order dated 19.03.2020 passed in appeal by the Additional Secretary (Annexure-25). He further submits that to facilitate

Patna High Court CWJC No.8382 of 2020(3) dt.07-01-2021 2/2 consideration of his application, under Rule 24(2) of the CCA Rules 2005, he would be withdrawing his appeal filed under a wrong advice before the Minister of the Department concerned. In view of these submissions, the application is dismissed with liberty to avail the remedy as stated above. If an application is filed within a period of three(03) weeks from today, this Court would expect that the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and without any delay, in accordance with law.
