The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of abusing the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioner in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
