The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 402 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown.

In the written report, it is alleged that son of the informant had gone to school and did not return. The name of this petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co accused Santosh Kumar. The victim boy, on recovery has given his statement U/s 164 Cr.P.C. wherein he has stated that one person enquired from him about the Rasta and when proceeded ahead he pulled him inside the car and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74157 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 brought him to Sitamarhi. He knew the name of this petitioner by the talk which were done by the persons sitting on the car. As such, mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner by the victim boy in his statement recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. The photo copy of the statement of the victim boy has been produced at the time of hearing of bail petition which is taken on record.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.6.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
