Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 13.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46175 of 2018 and the allegation gains the petitioner is of firing on the informant and that hit a boy causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no case is made out under Section 302 of the IPC and he has remained in custody for more than one year. . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial .
